        Cameron was so helpful and knowledgeable! So thankful for his advice to contact Amazon and they were able to contact the seller to send me a shipping label so I didnt have to pay for the over $30 S&H!

        I don't like the fact that UPS ROUNDS UP instead of pro-rating their shipping. It cost me an extra $3.37 for my package of 10 lbs, which I weighed on a scale at home, and my scale said it was exactly 10.0 lbs, but when the UPS Store staff weighed it, they said it weighed 10.4 lbs, so they had to charge me for 11 lbs' package (10x10x10 (which they also ROUNDED UP to 11x11x11, as it was just a hair over 10'). I think that is a rip-off from your customers to round up both weight and size.

        went to make a return and saw a girl i recognized from my old school working there (bella) so i went up to her to say hi. we were never really close but the reaction i got was unpleasant. she just looked at me and glared, and went to do something else, totally ignoring me. some other teenaged male employees were laughing after the fact, avoiding eye contact with me. the guy helping me return the package was very bland. no greeting, just asked me what i was there for. please be more selective and hire welcoming/friendly employees. nobody should have to walk out of a store embarrassed by employees like i did. it was so bad i wont be coming back to this location. do better.
