        Haven has been caring for my grandfather since Sept of last year. It is comforting to see that the care givers and staff take a caring and patient approach with their residents. I have worked closely with Destiny for all his needs. She is quick to respond, efficient, professional, empathetic, and supportive. She has also been a great liaison with my family and the medical professionals so helpful! Lastly, on the occasions we have concern, she is quick to address the issue.

        Destiny has always been there for staff and patients.. most recently she handled a tube feed issue for a patient. She is so busy but makes time for anyone no matter how small the issue!
