Do not use EOS!!!! They 100% will trick you into signing contracts with hidden details! Then try to sure for thousands of dollars. Then we you settle the payment and try to cancel they add on all kinds of other fees!! Corporation gyms are literally all the same. Waste of money and time.

I would never recommend this gym. They have double and triple charged me multiple times for a personal trainer that never answers calls or texts to schedule times. I've been paying for a service that is impossible to set up and when I walk in half the time they have no idea how to fix the situation. If I could rate it negative stars I would

I would highly recommend not going to this gym, I canceled my membership on November 1st 2022 and they still charge me every month, 2 months ago they charged me double, this month they charged me triple the membership fee Apparently this is how they stay in business. They are criminals! Go to any other gym business!!! Charged me again!!!!, every month after canceling 8 months ago, different amounts too!

I signed up last year (the whole family) I canceled late October-November still got charged that additional month no biggy thats expected. I kept getting charged month after month. I called, went in numerous times was told to contact manager Joseph and every time I went in or called he was not available and the front desk could not help. I took bank statements to prove the charges and my email showing I had canceled. Well here we are mid June and yup still getting charged! They ended up telling me that my minor children were put in with different phone numbers and thats why I was being charged! How can both parents cancel but you leave kids active!? How come no one ever said that to me over the phone or the many times I showed up? Now Im waiting to see if supposedly they credit my account! Not cool EOS!! Please make it right! Ill gladly give you 5 stars if it wasnt for this.
