I only give it 1 star because 0 isnt an option. Terrible patient care as soon as I walked into the room. My concerns were not addressed and they let me leave with a blood pressure of 145/101 and pitting edema in my legs and would not address it during my visit because I was only scheduled for a uti, which is not why I made the appointment. When I voiced my frustration about that not being addressed my appointment was over and they were very hostile with me. What a joke. I drove an hour to get there. Waste of my time and money. Terrible, terrible patient care. They dont listen to your concerns and your health is not a priority! Boo and shame on them! They were fine to let me leave and have a stroke!

I dont know who is in charge of making the appointments for these locations but every time without miss they mess up my appointments and its frustrating coming from far and finding out that something went wrong Such a waste of time . I need to find another healthcare provider

They cancelled two of childrens appointments and didnt even call me to let me know but tried blaming me for the cancellation. When I called to reschedule I was hung up on after waiting so long in queue. The person I was talking to didnt even call me back after the call ended. They have some of the most terrible costumer service Ive ever dealt with.if it wasnt for Dr Caruso (who is the absolute best) I would have left this place.
