Chase Bank

Every time I have been to this Chase Bank everyone that works there has been very nice and helpful. I have even called there for information and got very good service. They always answer my questions when Im there. All the employees are very nice.

My daughter banks here I gave her a check she made a mistake and mobile deposited another employee check same dollar amount it was returned obviously deposited her check and cleared then they froze the account I went in to the manager and the check I wrote was not fraudulent it was a mistake,  manager: we don't have time for mistakes. It's been 10 days  trying to clear this up unbelievable,

The staff is always extremely kind, helpful, and insightful. I enjoy doing my banking at this smaller branch in comparison to our larger branch here in town. I've never had any problems at this branch and I highly recommend it!
