I was so Impressed with Tim and his customer care quality service he showed me as a first time customer. Hence, the reason I am writing this review. I am a 52 yr resident of our local LHC community and I was very particular how I served our community and general public giving my best as a LE AZ State Ranger in charge of our Agency Lake Havasu Operations in the area of Boating Safety, LE/Rescue 'n' Recovery Ops, responding to medicals, maintaining and improving 170+ boat in campsites and the ATON (aids to navigation system) of our lake for 30 yrs. Tim (owner) showed the same principle's of his customer care qualities and expertise in his field of Carpet, Tile, Grout, Upholstery Cleaning and Water Extraction. He has the knowledge, skills and top notch equipment to Do his job Well. Even when experiencing unforeseen circumstances Tim was Prompt in showing up, worked hard alone, if need be, to accomplish what he said he would do and did. I Highly Recommend this young man and his Expertise services he provides. And his prices are very reasonable. He has become my Go-To-Person for anything I need in his area of expertise. I was very impressed with Triple C carpet cleaning. I've been in the vacation rental biz for 23 years so I'm very familiar with carpet cleaning services. I was impressed with how personable Tim and his staff were and their attention to detail and how careful they were not to bang my walls. They have top of the line equipment and new truck and the chemicals they use must be very good because my carpet looked like new when it dried (and it's 15+ years old!). And speaking of drying, they didn't leave it wet and soggy like some other guys I have used (where it takes 8-10 hours to dry). When Tim left my carpet was barely wet and was totally dry in 3-4 hours max. I give them an A+ and I'm a tough customer to please. Highly recommend!

I called Tim and he promptly came over to give me a quote, and we scheduled an appointment for a few days after. I was incredibly happy with the results!! They did an excellent job, were on time, and I'd recommend them to anyone in need of having their carpets cleaned.
