I always like going to Walgreens. This was one of the first stores I went to when I moved out here. The people here are very friendly. Good atmosphere in the store and feels like I'm at home.

Ever wanted to be placed on hold and after a minute of being on hold be told to hold again continuously for infinite amount of time, well you called the right place!

The pharmacist or pharmacy tech, either way the one with all the tats and wires hanging out of her nose, was not very kind and friendly in assisting me checking on several medications costs. I needed to know my out of pocket cost. She said she wouldn't know what the prices are until she ran the prescriptions through the system. I understand that but back in South Carolina they can and they can do it quickly. She proceeded to give me a discount card as if she looked at me and thought I was homeless or appeared that I could not afford my medicines. She seemed to be in a hurry. My gut feeling is she had other things to do more important than take care of a long time customer. I'm not going to use this pharmacy ever again.

Extremely unhappy with this Walgreens. I took two prescriptions for my husband from our home pharmacy in MN. They both had refills remaining, so they only needed to call our home pharmacy for the transfer. After being told our home pharmacy wouldn't answer the phone, they claimed their employee had written down the wrong phone number, we were told to call his doctor & get new prescriptions. I was told that the pharmacist was talking to our home pharmacy as I stood at the counter & the scripts still didn't get transferred. I called our pharmacy in MN and the prescriptions had been transferred the day after we took them to Walgreens. So today, 10 days after we took them in, they were finally filled. This is the LAST time we will ever use this pharmacy.
