        Major negative stars if I could... FIRST, being the stall I used, the Spot Free didn't work! Kinda the point of using car wash to have that spot free rinse! SECOND, no number to really call and get a credit or retry on another stall, THIRD, the young gal at the counter, not helpful or concerned at all about the issue.. had to stop "talking" to the guy that was there, and as she is twirling her hair, only excuse was she can't do refunds or anything, but I could leave my number for her manager to call me back in the morning. We are traveling, so that won't help! I suggested that could she inform someone that that certain stall doesn't work right so the next person doesn't get screwed, but I have a feeling it's been that way a while! She could of at least wrote it down, acted concerned... these kids today have no respect! AVOID THIS CAR WASH AND STORE!

        This station hands down houses the biggest theives in Lake Havasu City. Paid for a $12 car wash it stopped mid wash went inside the clerk informed me all she could do was give me a credit but failed to tell me it would be a $6 credit. She followed with "I dont even take my own car through there". They just stole $6 from me. It's not the amount it's the principle of it. She basically acussed me of lying about being legally blind too. I will not be back for anything. If I could give this place -10 *'s I would!!!!

        Car owners beware dont take your car to their garbage car wash they dont work properly they dont rinse properly. They leak all over your car the worst car wash in town.

        Rude staff. Typical of today's employee. What happened to customer service. Tried to talk to owner but they won't let you. 2 girls are so rude

        Rude as hell. Those 2 girls have the worst customer service skills. They are on some power trip and running paying customers off. Almost retarted..special ed at least. Will never go back and I will let all my friends and business owners I work with know how they treat their paying customers. Unbelievable
