We had our pontoon wrapped and couldnt ask for better service. The office staff was efficient, the design team did a fantastic job and the installation was amazing. I will definitely use this company again!

First off we called weeks in advanced to see if they had openings before we needed to be at an event in Florida. Mind you we live in Arizona. They told us they only had one opening , which was a day before we needed to leave for Florida. We were debating between a shop 3 hours from us, and this one which was an hour and a half. I sent them the design of what we wanted and they said it can be color matched without a problem. We were asked to drive down ahead of our appointment day to color match. We were planning on leaving our trailer there so they could work on that if they had time before our appointment day. Trailer wasnt touched until the day of. Day of the wrap, we were asked to be there at 8am, again an hour and a half away. We arrived right at 8, expecting them to work on our truck when we got there. They didnt start working on the truck until around 10 30-11. One of the office ladies felt bad and gave us a complimentary lunch because it had literally been all day. We felt like an inconvenience to them, not really the vibe you want for your business. After waiting all day, this is how the wrap turned out. We said something right away, and the owner said well its impossible to match that color exactly, you can always add a black strip to break up the color he didnt seem to care or see how different it was. His solution was to half redo it! And he knew we had to leave the next day. We would have gone with the other shop. When we asked them if they could do this job, they were adamant they could, then after the despot was put down, everything changed. Now we have to have it redone from a different company who prints on clear. Lisa the office manager was extremely rude and were happy to get out of there, I emailed the owner last week no response Awful customer service.
