        Large rooms, dated bathrooms and decor which is really fitting for the West! Friendly smiling staff. Very clean! This walls lol! Many visitors here return year after year! Excellent location and very decent pricing!

        HANDS DOWN...Best place to stay in havasu!! I LOVE THIS PLACE Rooms: Best rooms big with nice tile floors furniture stove etc clean and family friendly and affordable. very well taken care of

        Great rooms designed for long term stay. Big refrigerators, full stove, coffee maker, nice TV with HBO and showtime, full dressers with mirrors. Good service, they will clean and do the bedding. The location is great. It's right in the middle of town. Everything within 2 miles.
