Susie's Yard Care

My experience with this company was good up until the past two years. I've read some of the other reviews "one and five stars".  I agree with both. I always felt they did a good job for a slightly higher price. "THE PROBLEM". They quit answering the phone.....?  I called, left messages, and emailed with no response. I'm a repeat customer and couldn't get them to come out and do by bi-yearly maintenance. Very weird because our family has been using them for many years. Unfortunately, I've had to go elsewhere.

Look, these guys do a decent job keeping your yard looking great but heaven forbid you ever need to reach them to discuss an issue with the bill, or worse, their service. Over the years we have emailed, phoned (left voicemails), etc. and not once do they ever get back to us.I have had to replace every one of my landscaping lights over the years because their guys constantly kick them as the walk around the yard and end up breaking them off their base.I am almost guaranteed to find cigarette butts in my yard, even though I don't smoke.There are a lot of options out there, most are cheaper and certainly with better customer service. Stay away.

Horrible!! They don't return phone calls. They send out guys who are smoking and on there cell phones. They do a half ass job. I watched them on security cameras kicking rocks with there feet. Every time they have come they have left leaves and branches, we have had to pick up. When I called about it, the guy was rude. They are overpriced just so you know and there's other companies out there that will do way better work I would just move along pass over these guys.

I would recommend this company to anyone looking for some work done. I had some clean up and trimming done. They came out and did a great job. Even the neighbors are saying how nice it looks. Dan and Nadine were very nice and I will have them out again for my next project. Thanks for the great service.
