We had our front yard weeds pulled by Exotic Creations Landscaping with a promise of 6 month warranty. Less than 3 months later our weeds are back full force. We've been calling Gary almost every week to try and get in touch since around Memorial Day with no answer. I was able to reach his son who was helping out a couple weeks ago with a promise of a call back yet am still waiting. Again this week I called and left a voicemail and called again today with no answer. If I could leave 0 stars I would. This is the worst customer service and will certainly never be getting any more service from more nor any recommendations. Since they are not on yelp this is the next best review I can leave so as to hopefully not have any more customers left high and dry like myself. It's absolutely unacceptable.

This is the worst company out there. They advertise "no job too small". Dean came out to give us an estimate on some landscaping outside our house. We were going to have an area for the barbecue done with pavers. A court yard put in the front, Dean said his dad would design because we had two areas we were thinking of and he would send us the photos that he did on his computer program so we could decide which one we wanted. We were going to have synthetic grass installed all around our pool and also a putting green. We decided to start with the barbecue area first. Dean was supposed to come several times to pick up a check for the deposit. He even gave us dates and times. He wasted our time because he was a no-show and did not call. This was the beginning of May. It went on till the end of May. I was curious what the reason was why they didn't want the job. I called Dean and left a voicemail. He text me back who is this. Very unprofessional. He did not want to talk on the phone. Again, don't waste your time with this company they sure know how to waste your time. I would like to give it -5 stars
