My realtor Sharon Cook was absolutely a dream come true. During this pandemic she was able to set us up to see many homes in one day until I found my dream house! Of course, there were a ton of details she had to balance with the seller/owner of the house and helping me with the 1031 process and waiting till my condo in San Diego sold. We did everything virtually, through email and autosign as I was in San Diego and we were even able to complete the purchase in record time less than 30 days, in time for an awesome 4th of July!
