Simply unbelievable experience with Mohave Mortgage! Rick, Tracy and Amanda were an absolute pleasure to work with. Professional and considerate, Rick was simply trying to help. They did not try to solicit my business, they sincerely just wanted to help. I was backed into an unfortunate corner and strapped for time. Mohave Mortgage advised me on some simple solutions I was unaware of. After creating a temporary bridge by listening and implementing their recommendations, I immediately called them back and switched HELOC companies. For anyone in need of a 1st or 2nd mortgage, I beg you to pick up the phone and call the team at Mohave Mortgage. Don't waste your time elsewhere. In my eyes, there is only one choice.
