Late mail, mail delivered to the wrong address, missing mail, mail crumpled into balls and stuffed into the post box30% failure rate at least. Issues almost every day, notices of attempted deliveries that I was always home for.
Informed delivery tells you what mail will be here that day, right? Not in Havasu, this service tells you what MIGHT BE in your mail in the next several days. This is the worst post office Ive ever dealt with in my life, hands down.
I ordered a Meta quest 2 at one point in the last 2 years, and they delivered me an empty box with the side cut out. No note, no explanation, just an empty box with stolen contents. They did nothing to help.
Im sure the physical office is fine, as per reviews, but the mail service here absolutely sucks.

jan-22-24 mail lady hits our mailbox does damage and says nothing,try to call and complain says 60 min wait really doubt that many people in havasu calling them,

7/3/23-I am not complaining, but can someone knock n the door? Melted items were delivered again today. Thank goodness Amazon refunded my monies.
02/10/23- Where is Mickey? How hard is it to read the mailbox and place that mail in the box? Every mail person since 2017 has read it. Please read the box. When you open it the names are listed.
1/5/22- I knew Mickey was off on 12/30/22. My packages are always delivered when she is working. Its a damn shame that others cant get it correct. Thank you Amazon for replacing my items free of charge. UPS delivered the other package. Thank goodness. It would be at someone elses house if you didnt bring it.
1/423-I just received a call that my package was scanned in front of my door, but may have been taken to 3025 instead of my address. If that is the case, how was it scanned in front of my door? I am not knocking on doors to find out where it was left. Why does this continue to happen?

7/12/22-You keep leaving these in the mailbox. Why didnt you ring the damn doorbell? Holler in the garage. All the doors are open. How in the hell do when know when you are here? You left two of these , but never bothered to tell us. This is idiotic behavior. I have had it with the sub par DAMN SERVICE.
7/11/22- Dropping the package to the person ourselves, it is astonishing no one from the post office never returned for it.
7/8/22- Again, another package for Palisades Drive. This is the third. Do you read the address? Do you? You can see the names and places are different. Come and pick it up. I am not getting paid to deliver packages. Its redundant and ridiculous. Bring back MICKEY!!!
7/7/22-This is the second time we received mail for Palisades Drive. Driving around in the dark, we made sure the person received the mail. Today, I had to s say something. How can you get Kiowa Blvd N mixed up with Palisades Drive? Plus, our names are in the mailbox. It does not say Young.
Good evening, when we opened the door, this notice was visible. Why? The doorbell rings. The garage is open. A knock would have sufficed. The car is in the driveway. Mickey is truly missed. Can you please try to care?

The numbers on my mailbox are big enough for Stevie Wonder to see. Don't use the excuse I need bigger numbers on the mailbox. I went ouside and burst out laughing. The person took my items to the incorrect house. Instead of an apology, I recived accusations. Do better!!!!

Why would I lie when I have Informed Delivery? The package is not listed, but you said it was scanned in front of my home. The attitude is ridiculous. I will see you first thing in the morning. I have my paperwork. Have a great day.
