    I had a horrible experience closing my home sale using this company. I was lied to directly by the Escrow Officer Cyndy Hyde, and the PB Scott McDonald about so many things that all stemmed from the Corrupt Real Estate Agents that I originally listed my home for sale with. In the end my final HUD statement did not match the true HUD statement that they provided to my 1031 Agent. I didn't receive a copy of that until after I closed on the 1031 so I had no idea until it was too late. They don't let you know that Linda Denovan is part owner of the Title Co. & they refer all of their closings to this company for that reason. They double dip. They claim to give to your favorite Charity off of every deal & this didn't happen on either of the 2 deals that we did with them which were over a Million dollars. Before signing the closing documents, I confirmed with the Escrow agent Cyndi Hyde that no monies are to be credited to the Buyer by the Listing Agents who had a fiduciary duty to me specifically. I made it clear in writing that I do not approve it. Licensed Agents are not supposed to credit monies to unlicensed folks and normally in most states this is illegal. The Escrow Agent & Scott McDonald assured me that wasn't the case & the Buyer was not getting any monies from my agents. On my HUD it didn't show any credit to the buyer from ReMax by the Lake, yet the final HUD provided to my 1031 exchange showed a huge credit by Linda Denovan to the Buyer going against her Fiduciary Duty to me. This PB and these agents are extremely fake & unethical. Their primary goal is to Sale at least 1 home a week! You list with them & you trust them you will regret it. With so many great agents & Title Company options in the area do yourself a favor & do not work with them. I will admit that I am easily fooled by people who pretend to have good Character often learning the hard way so I am writing this review because it would have saved me 6 figures at least if I had known what I know now. They list homes as Coming Soon & they actually market them & try and sell them before they hit the market themselves for under value so that they can double their profit & make their Title Company money too without you even knowing. Title Companies are supposed to be Unbiased 3rd party constituents in a Real Estate Transaction. I was relying on the information provided to me by Cyndi Hyde because that is what I thought she was in our deal. They told us what the value of our home was and where to list it at & even tried to get us to include our furnishings with the sale saying it was a good offer. This offer came in less than 24hrs after being listed. We told them we wanted to buy another home so we had someplace to go but they didn't make it contingent on us finding another home & since they underpriced ours so much (proven by the appraiser on the sale) we were unable to find another home anywhere near the size, location, view...as what we had for what they sold ours for, so we were stuck homeless. When the buyer breached the contract, they threatened us with lawsuits when we tried to terminate the deal altogether. I could go on and on about every unethical thing that happened, but I said enough already, just don't be fooled by the nurturing-sweet mother/daughter act like we were. A Realtor owned Title Company is a Conflict of Interest to you in so many ways & it should not be allowed but at the very least it should be disclosed from the beginning by Title Officer you are working with especially if one of the owners is Representing you in the transaction. Lastly, let me just say the Buyer in our transaction was Represented by Eric Gedalje who just so happens to be Linda's partner-they own Premier Title Company together. I am still in disbelief as I am writing this review it is just so corrupt and wrong in so many ways. If you want to avoid a horrible-nightmare experience avoid them altogether.
