        We went the other day and Ive been wanting to try here for a while now. I was super friendly and asked if the older lady taking our order was The Italian Lady. She was not amused and rude right away. Placed our order. Got a meatball sub, some Italian sodas and 2 ORIGINAL CANNOLIS AND 1 LEMON. While we waited 30 minutes in the cold. A whole group that came after got their food first. Then I noticed while waiting, you could choose topping for cannolis! She knew it was our first time and never mentioned this. My daughters wanted sprinkles and m & ms. I went back to the window and she was VERY RUDE! And acted like I gave her my order wrong! I did not! Service was very poor!! Will not go back. Meatball sub also was on squishy bread, sweet sauce and bland hamburger meat tasting meatballs! (Im Italian from NY). Disappointing to say the least.
