When an issue arises (like our neighbors flowering palm trees ) the owners are quick to act and help us to promptly fix the issue! As a pool owner for over 35 years I can honestly say that this family owned business is by the far the best pool service we have ever had. We have been with Universal for over 7 years and the consistency of their quality and service is unmatched. Reliable, professional and always quick to respond to your needs.

Just to put it out there Universal Pool has to be the worst run company in the wrst Valley. We had them for 2 years they pool guy would skip weeks and still charge us, he wasn't cleaning the pool, didn't tell us we had broken equipment until I asked him about it, and left the gates open for the dogs to get out. Today when I found the pool pump was dry and not getting water, I called and complained. They owner came out and said I had messed with the valves wich I did not and said I caused the problem. I repeatedly told him I don't mess with the pool and he kept saying his guy wasn't doing any of what I was telling him. They then left my wife a message canceling our service. Pool is looking and working great again thanks to Jennifer and Bryan! I had some equipment issues and they were able to get the part and fix it right away, fixed some other issues other companies left behind, and provided me with great information about how to get my chemicals right after drain and refill. Thank you so much!!!
