        Ana goes above and beyond for her customers! One of the best encounters weve had at a cricket. Went in last minute to purchase multiple phones and she gladly did it even though time ran on after closing time. She helped us get everything transferred over. We appreciate her!

        I went to get a copy of my payment transactions. This was the second place I visited, and both places had the same issue with their printer not working.the lady at this second place, she straight up told us to leave the store and said she wouldn't help because i said I cant believe in two crickets I cant get a copy in two different cricket stores . Her name is Ana
