Maria's Professional Cleaning

Horrible company, gives you fake quote then charges your card without your permission. Their cleaning is a joke, dont waste your money with this company. I had to hire another company to re-clean what Maria should have done it right the first time. Their workers are lazy and prefer to chat with each other instead of doing their jobs.

The BEST service i have ever received! Went to many other companies to clean my home & ONLY Marias company seemed to describe all my needs! Came on time & my home has never been cleaner and smelled that nice! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My family has used Marias for years! They are always on time, so polite, and leave my house so spotless and clean. Communication is always timely and they are always sweet to my dog.

Total scam, i got a quote for $150 for 3 small bathrooms and fridge/ oven cleaning. I was told that I was gonna get charged $150 total 3 different times, 3 cleaners sent. The day of appointment I got charged $150 before cleaners showed up, and 4 cleaners showed up. It took them 1 hours to do all tasks then all cleaners piled up in kitchen to chat and joke around with each other. I didnt say nothing since it was $150 bucks. Once they left, i got another charge of $250 without my permission. This company is a total scam, not only they charged me they also set it up as reoccurring payment to my credit card!! Be aware of these scammers and do not use their service!! owner maria never called as the woman who set the appointment for us. Cleaning was mediocre, sloppy. Response: If they were almost there for 2 hours why was I charged $400?? extra $100?! Also there was no carpet cleaning even though the area was open. It was mentioned over the phone that its a move out cleaning and there will be movers. Your company is a scam and $150 was the total that was quoted. Bathrooms were still dirty inside the bowl. Your cleaners camped out in the kitchen and spent more than hour chatting and laughing.

This business which is a cleaning service, must not allow tips for their cleaners. If they do they sure don't pay it forward as they want their groceries shopped, and delivered by independent contractors without tipping them for their services. If you order anything delivered, ALWAYS tip your delivery driver or go get it yourself! Update: Addressing the response from the owner, I am not mistaken, and keep tabs of my deliveries. Especially the businesses that don't tip, so I make sure not to take their orders anymore. This business doesn't tip their delivery drivers.
