        Great customer service here. But as a cardmaker/papercrafter disappointed in the selection of different designs of paper and ink stock. Their cardstock is the best though and usually goes on sale every few months. Been using for it for years.

        Well, they lost my mat after i paid quite a bit for it. Been here a while, no one knows what they are doing. Frustrated!!! It took them 30 minutes and a lot of attitude. Then he proceeded to put his dirty fingers all over my order. You don't touch someone's custom cut mat picture frame. I'll be calling to talk to the actual manager to discuss the disrespectful attitude, eyerolling and the fact that he outright did not want to find my order. He tried to leave 3 times and push it onto a new employee. This was a horrible experience. I could deal with 30 minutes to find my order but not the rudeness and attitude.
