UPDATE 4/19/24: Since posting this review I have received 6 more calls from their office!! I've blocked the number, but I can see on my call log that they attempted to call 3x yesterday and 3x today! Additionally, based off the "response from owner", they clearly didn't care to read my concern/review otherwise they would know I didn't have a visit...that or it's a canned response. Not sure which is more insulting. ORIGINAL POST: I haven't even used their services but felt inclined to write a review to warn others. I went to their website and requested a coupon for new patients but in order to do so it required me to fill out my contact info. Since then, over the last two days, I have received 7 calls/messages from their office to get scheduled!!! I work full time and I'm also a full time student. Like others, outside of work and school, I also have a demanding personal life. Not only are the repetitive calls a disruption to my day but they are an annoyance. If I wanted to speak with someone directly and/or schedule an appointment, I would have called the office myself. I visited the website for a specific reason: I am currently in the process of shopping for a new dentist and was considering this provider since it's right down the street from where I just moved, however, I wanted to weigh my options first. What I didnt want was to receive repeated calls and voice messages. From this experience alone, I wont be selecting this provider for my care. This is in no way a reflection on the level of care I'm sure they are fully capable of, but they might want to revise the frequency of their "lead" calls so potential new clients aren't turned off from the start! If they had only called once or twice I wouldn't have wasted energy writing a review, but 7x in less than 48hrs is excessive!
