        $250/night Cortyard in Phoenix Mesa has poorly maintained rooms - dirty bedsheets & unhygienic hard rock sleeper sofas missing any coverings. No morning coffee, only paid. Do not recommend.         Recently tried this place out with a friend and was terribly unimpressed by their service. Its the little things that make a customers day and so far they made my unhappy. Wish the management didnt suck and would actually go above and beyond to make their customer happy. Wont be recommending this place to any of my friends. Please try the hotel next door.

        Impressive newer 2020 property and friendly staff. Wonderful stay beginning to end. Obviously great location to catch Sloan Park games. Complimentary parking, pet friendly, top notch bed. Well be back. Rooms: Great bed, modern bath. Really enjoyed the comfy couch in our single king bed room. Nearby activities: Cubs spring training facility.
