        We were a tenants at one of Watermarks furnished properties when our home suffered a catastrophic insurance loss. Marti worked hard to get us into a home immediately even working through the Christmas/New Year holidays last year because she didnt want us in a hotel. Im shocked by the negative tenant reviews. What these one-star reviews are saying is not at all the experience we had. We found Watermark and Marti to be extremely responsive with excellent customer service. Our requests were addressed immediately. Marti went above and beyond throughout our one-year lease. We were provided detailed move-out instructions and followed them. We received 100% of our Deposits back and would rent from Marti again if the need ever arose. Our experience with Marti personally is that she cares about people, both her tenants and the owners of the properties she manages. I would expect that if we had broken the rules, she would have enforced them. But we didnt, so she didnt have to.
