Mark Sheck and his team kept me in the loop through the entire process. Mark sent out weekly updates and we also talked on the phone weekly to keep me up to date. Also, if additional items were needed, I was emailed and called and texted during this process. I cannot say enough great things about Mark and his team. If in the future I need another mortgage Mark is my person to contact. In my past I have had multiple mortgages over 45 years, and I have to say Mark and team treated my wife and myself fabulously. I wish all the businesspeople I have dealing with would follow how Mark and the team value customer service. They are the best!
