Both Lauren and Brandon are the perfect tag-team duo! This was our first time purchasing a home, and our anxiety levels were pretty high at the idea of the entire process. But they put us at ease from moment one. They will hold your hand and walk you through every step of the process - so that you understand the best decisions to make, because youve gone over all of the possible outcomes. We felt prepared for every step and although we had some speed bumps along the road (under-appraisal, removal of existing tenants) it made inevitably tough decisions, that MUCH EASIER. We talked to Lauren every day for two months straight - any time we had a question or concern about something, we knew we could prompt Lauren with a text message and she would find the time to hop on a call with us to ensure we had full understanding of the situation. Would 100% recommend W and Partners to any family or friend, and why we are taking the time to write this review. We consider Lauren and Brandon friends now and will certainly call on their services again when the time comes!

Lauren and Brandon went above and beyond throughout every aspect of the home buying process. As first time homebuyers my husband and I had no clue what to expect, but they were eager to make sure we knew exactly what was happening at each step. Buying in this market is not easy, but with their help er found our perfect home after just a couple weekends of looking.
