        Beatriz Arellano is not only amazing at customer service, patient beyond words, and super knowledgeable regarding anythjng tax involved but she is truly a good human being. My wife and I put a tax project in front of her that other tax preparation offices (h&r blockheads) couldnt handle. This woman not only exceeded our expectations but she made the normally arduous task of doing taxes actually enjoyable. I highly recommend her for any of your tax needs. She is amazing!!

        "Hey, everyone! I just had to share my amazing experience with my tax preparer, Beatrice Arellano. She was absolutely fantastic! Not only did she do an excellent job, she also managed to get me a bigger refund than I expected. Talk about exceeding expectations! She was very accommodating throughout the whole process, making sure all my questions were answered and that I felt comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better tax preparer. If you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, efficient, and goes the extra mile, look no further! Highly recommended! " This is also in reference to the person named Jaz. That sounds like a really frustrating experience, and I'm sorry you had to go through that. It's definitely disappointing when there's a miscommunication or someone walks in expecting something for free. The misunderstanding, especially when it comes to something as important as taxes, is usually due to a lack of education or a lack understanding. It might be helpful to try and have a calm and open conversation with the manager again, after you educate yourself about how a business works. Then maybe you could express your concerns like an adult.
