Devo=n and his partner came in two trucks on the morning of April 1, 2024 with a great deal of cleaning equipment. But this is NOT an "April Fool" review. This is the downright truth and I've hired Rob Edwards' Arizona Grout & Tile regularly to clean and seal my Saltillo and travertine tile over the thirty years I've lived here. You can do no better for the beauty of your home and the health and long life of your tile and grout than hire by far the best service in Pima County--probably the only business in Pima County I know of that's never had a complaint lodged against it by an unhappy customer. Good luck trying to get an estimate from these guys. They never showed for their appointment, but texted and asked for measurements and pictures, which I promptly provided. Lots of apologies, but I never received an estimate. I've moved on with another service provider, but this outfit won't be on my list for referrals for other owners in my HOA.

Arizona Tile and Grout Care did an awesome job with my countertops. Rob came out to view what I wanted done and gave me a complete estimate very quickly. The job was scheduled quickly, and he sent Wayne and Devin to do the job. They were very detail oriented and very critical to ensure a superior service was provided. Wayne got my opinion on grout colors and explained the process to me which I was very grateful for. My compliments to both of them. They are true professionals and speak highly of the technicians that are employed by Arizona Tile and Grout Care. Without a doubt, I would not hesitate in recommending this company to my family and friends.

First and foremost I'm not the average consumer. My background is an Architectural Design professional and Arizona Licensed General Contractor, my career started 34 years post graduation with a degree in Architecture. Rob was prompt at getting back to me and giving us a price for the work. His crew, Wayne and John were on time, kept us informed on the progress and made sure we were happy with the work before cleaning up to leave. We would use them again without hesitation.
