Lillie hits the spots! I had sciatic nerve pain, and not only did she knead the aches away, she gave some great recommendations for at home therapy mixed with my massage treatments. Highly recommended for medium to firm kneading. Great location and management!

The therapists and staff here are friendly, it is also a clean location. However, I arrived fifteen minutes early but was taken back to the massage room nearly ten minutes AFTER my appointment was supposed to start, leaving me to rush to make sure I got the full time of my desperately needed massage. I understand it is not at fault of the staff but the company itself, M.E. uses certain wording on their site to mislead the clients' time of the actual massage unless you look into a membership or do some research on the web, which should not be necessary to have full transparency of what we are paying for! Deeply disappointed that it is only a 50 minute massage. Please consider making it CLEAR, everywhere it says 60 minute massage, that it is not actually a 60 min massage but a 60 min APPOINTMENT. Calling it a 60 min MASSAGE is misrepresentation and quite disheartening. While my massage was nice, the area I asked to be worked on SOLELY was not the area focused and I am still in more pain than I should be if i was truly listened to (this is the second time, I was very specific this time on what I wanted as to not have a repeat of the last time, wanting to give it another chance, but was again disappointed overall). Also, I am not sure if they set the clocks back but I checked my phone time before and after and was absolutely not given 60 min of time as a client, very dissapointing especially after waiting for almost 25 min beforehand. ultimately, I will not be back. The price is definitely not worth less than an hour of hands-on on time. I am upset to say the least. If there is ten minutes to change and consult "included" then it should be extra time, not time taken from the massage.
