Absolutely rude and terrible service. Cracked our granite because he chose to saw off our faucet with an electric saw. And then this guy called his supervisor to tell him what he did and the supervisor had the audacity to tell us that the cracks were already there!! You used an electric saw to remove our faucet instead of simply unscrewing from below the cabinet. Unnecessary time wasted, unusable faucet/sink/dishwasher, and now a broken granite countertop. Absolutely shady business and a big scam. Not to mention when I reached out to the plumber and the supervisor I was dismissed completely. I will be reaching out further.

A total disaster! Go elsewhere. Sent a teenager who spent his whole time with the master plumber on the phone. We wasted the whole day for this kid to finish. Then he said that we couldn't raise the water level in our toilets but we went to YouTube and found a simple solution.

Worst experience ever!!, plumber came to replace faucet in kitchen and decided to use electric saw to cut off the faucet from above instead of unscrewing and removing from below. He ended up cracking my granite around the faucet in process. He did not even discuss the options prior to proceeding with sawing the faucet. I was working that day from home and heard the sawing and once checked on it , I noticed the damage. When I saw the cracked granite, was upset and questioned and he tried to reach out to his supervisor and explain what happened. The supervisor, Mark said that they were stress cracks and that they were old!!, I explained they were brand new and not there before the work that was done. he said he would not pay for repair of granite that their employee damaged with his choice of sawing the faucet off without my consent. I cant believe the poor response from the supervisor on this serious matter.i have not been able to use my faucet, sink or dishwasher for last two weeks. The employee had the nerve to have me sign a paper on his way out saying it was to show he was there but not sure why he wanted me to sign it. All he did was saw off my faucet, break the granite counter around the insertion site and leave me with no faucet and cracked granite that needs to be fixed now in addition to placement of new faucet!!, so disgusted with service I got from their employee and Mark the supervisor. I will pursue this further and they better have a supervisor that will followup on this and make it right, other wise they will not stop hearing from me and see further actions. The original faucet had separate handle in place that employee, Joe removed and put in the silver piece seen on the picture in place of it. He glued the crack to right and left and glued the piece. Was planning to glue the rest of the cracks and place faucet still. Thats when I said No, that is not a repair and u have to have a supervisor come and take a look. This was on Thursday and havent heard anything from Beebe plumbing staff.

Let me tell you a little bit about beebe plumbing. When Dave and Dennis Beebe opened this plumbing company down in the valley their customer and employee values exceeded all other plumbing companies in the valley. When Terry Roughing took over the company, everything steadily declined downhill. From the lack of basic knowledge of plumbing to the lack of basic business and professional skill. Terry Roughing when he first bought the company used to come in and put his gun on his desk every day as an act to intimidate his employees, but lets be honest, Terry was terrified of someone coming after him from General Plumbing for the tens of thousands of dollars he stole by changing numbers in their system when billing their customers. Terry Roughing makes 100+% profits on a majority of the work he gets and still cant afford to pay his employees more, now thats shady. When Matt Hensley was the CEO of Beebe Plumbing, Beebe Plumbing was somewhat tolerable. Since the absence of Matt, Chris Roughing, Terry Roughings son, has no clue what hes doing from billing, to closing contracts all the way to warranties on properties that they worked on from start to finish. Lets also keep in mind Chris and Tara (HR manager) hold work from employees if the employee doesnt do what they asked or they hold work for certain employees because they play the favorite game. Alan Grissom (a former beebe employee) was with beebe plumbing for over 25 years, they pulled him from his position because they said it was no longer available and that if he didnt want to do the other two positions they had available he would be terminated without unemployment compensation. Now you tell me, do you think Beebe Plumbing cares about every detail to your problem when they dont even care about the loyalty of their employees? Alan Grissom turned 65 this year and I know this Arizona heat can be brutal but they didnt have to force the guy to quit working when he was fully capable of completing the requirements the position asked for. Hopefully with a little faith someone will help this sorry case of a company and teach Terry and Chris Roughing some professionalism. P.s. your daddy only loves you because you didnt decide to think for yourself like your other brother did, have a good day Chris.
