I knew my experience with moving to the Livano was going to be positive because of how amazing the reviews were about working with Tony during the process but my experience with him personally has been over and above my expectations! From the moment I walked in to do the tour (I scheduled it on their website), Tony greeted me with a huge smile and immediately he was so easy to talk to, it almost felt like I was talking with an old friend! The tour was awesome with him sharing all of the amazing amenities in the complex and fun events that they put on for the tenants. Throughout the process of actually applying and getting everything locked in, Tony had a personal type of care with making sure that any issues or hang ups got resolved. His intentionality with making sure everything got sorted out was as if I was someone close to him like a family member or best friend- thats how much he made me feel cared for. There could never be a better fit for this job than him- I already was excited about the potentiality of living at this complex but working with him blew my expectations out of the water and made the process more smooth and exciting than I would have ever thought it could be! My experience truly wouldnt have been as great as it was if Tony was not at the forefront of making it all happening- the people who do the tour and help with the move in process of a new apartment complex really make a HUGE difference in how you feel about moving there! Thats something I learned with other complexs that I toured. Im so thankful for Tony and how passionate, caring, and enthusiastic he is for his job! He really loves what he does and it shows through how he treats you. THANK YOU TONY! Im excited to call the Livano home for years to come.

Me and my boyfriend moved to Livano a little over a month ago and as soon as we saw that we knew it was our new home! We came from living in a very bad apartment complex called reveal apartments with horrible people working in the front office who cared nothing about the people that lived there, And living in a unit with unhealthy and unsanitary conditions. We were very particular this time around with finding our new home and we probably toured about 20 other complexes before we found livano. The units are beautiful, so spacious, and up to par! The staff in the office including Tony, and Hannah the property manager are always very happy and helpful! Over the last month of living here weve had no complications weve only had good conversations with the people in the office and theyve made us feel very welcome! If youre looking for a new home I highly suggest giving Livano a chance one of the best apartment complexes Ive lived in. Thank you to the front office staff for making it an a place to call home
