Monte Viejo

Called 2/9/24 to confirm apartment accepts German Shepherd mixes per the site pet policy. I was told they accept them. When I called early March to schedule the tour, I repeated the question and received the same response per the website. When I arrived for the tour this morning, I asked again and was told they do not accept them. Attached photo is a screenshot of the websites pet policy as of 3/23/24. Third time seems to be the charm. Management company doesnt need to comment on this review, they just need to do better.

Recently moved into Monte Viejo and the experience has been great. Mason was a great help and communication was quick and consistent. I changed my mind at the last minute to lease a different unit from the one I previously wanted and Mason was readily available throughout the day to make it happen. Looking forward to the next year living here. The facility seems like a great spot to live!

I have been living here for 2 years and I am so excited to be moving. If you want to pay $1,500 and up for a studio apartment, this place will make sure that happens! Constant fees, bugs and broken items are ensured here. When I tried to renew my lease last year they messed up my rent for 3 months straight, to the point where I had to go in person to their office multiple times a week for 3 MONTHS. The price increases never stop, the office staff never become more helpful. This place has been very disappointing to live in and I will not be spending a third year at Monte Viejo.

Monte Viejo offers informative and professional assistance when looking for an apartment. Mason was very attentive to meet my apartment needs during my tour. This campus feels very nice and has many additions that make it feel like home.
