Circa Central Avenue

I have been living here for a little over six months and am very happy! Eric and Zack are amazing and go over and beyond! The price is great for the location and I feel safe walking my dog alone around the area which was super important for me!

Moved into the building this summer, the price was amazing, lived the downtown area. Eric Diaz guided me through the entire process, hes amazing at what he does and you can really tell he cares about his community and residents. Professional and personable. I am a young single woman living here and the building over all is pretty secure, downtown of-course comes with its drawbacks, a bit of homeless people, but that is with any urban downtown living, its common sense. I will be here for a while, beautiful building and I love my little apartment.

Honestly, I was looking for a place to stay and stumbled across Circa & thank God I did! Eric helped me with everything I needed, and really the community is truly lovely here. No complaints from me!!

Eric the front desk leasing agent is one of the most friendly, patient, informative, and professional young men I have ever met. True 5 stars from me. He has made my transition very easy. It is always a pleasure talking with him. No wonder he won an award for his service!
