        Thank goodness for Arizona Balance and Hearing. Ive had vestibular issues for years and thought it wouldnt ever change. After my sessions with Susan my vestibular issues are gone. Thank you so much for your knowledge and expertise. I would strongly recommend ABAH for hearing issues and vestibular issuesthey treat all ages!!

        The fact that hearing aids are not usually covered by health insurance creates a predatory situation for anyone needing hearing devices automatically. This establishment exploits that to the max. You will never experience hearing health care here. You only experience a business solely out to make money with no care for a patient at all whatsoever.

        After seeing another doctor first who could not help me I went to Doctor Day who was able to determine what the problem was on the first visit and come up with a treatment. I can highly recommend ABAH

      ABHA agrees with you that health insurance should pay for hearing aids and the fitting of those hearing aids, however we have no control over Medicare or health plans. We have asked everyone in our office and have tried to locate you in our database, however we do not see that you are a patient of ours nor has anyone spoken to you. At ABHA we strive to be transparent with our patients regarding the cost and services and in no way to we exploit those that cannot afford our services. We go to great lengths to provide our patients alternatives when there are financial concerns, including a payment plan.

      Andrew, thank you for letting us know that we did a great job in the past. I am sorry we can no longer accommodate your needs but like so many other practices we have had to limit our offerings so that we can continue to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. ABHA is moving to a purely specialty model which has our doctors of audiology schedules very busy leaving wait times 6 weeks. Please know that you can get an over the counter solution for ear wax removal or contact your PCP for a visit, which will most likely be covered under your insurance carrier, something NOT available by an audiologist.Please reach out to us if you have any concerns with balance and/or dizziness, we do a great job with testing and treatment.
