Great deals now that they're closing. But crappy that the aren't honoring gift cards. You already got the money!!! I should be able to use it!

My wife was told at the Arrowhead Toys R Us that this store had a tablet that we wanted to purchase for our sons birthday. When she arrived the staff said I dont know why they sent you here because nothing in the computer is correct. When she asked for the manager Paul came out and said I dont know what to tell you and went back in his office while she called the Arrowhead location. So not only did everyone just say sorry but no one showed my wife any empathy she is seven almost eight months pregnant. Paul was rude and they other manager should of called the store before having my pregnant wife drive 18 miles away. And she should of known that the computer system was wrong. I understand that people are losing their jobs but you chose customer service for a career and if that is not want you are providing reguardless of your feelings then I hope you are looking for a new career. I am glad that this store is going out of business!
