Completely disgusting how they speak to their employees and handle any situation that arises I would choose a different bank!!!! if theres understaffing meaning, theyre overwhelmed meaning theyre going to make a huge mistake huge big!!!!! in the manager Carla is absolutely out of line. This is your money take control.

Absolutely horrible service, because of the short haired blonde manager I would never recommend anyone to this specific location. I feel as though I was targeted because of my ethnicity and made to feel uncomfortable. Ive never been treated the way she treated me, let alone told to wait for services for over 45 minutes and then told I would have to come back another day due to it now being closing time. never had a problem going in before. I believe the manager in question was named Carla, Carla you really need to try harder to enjoy your job and treat people with respect.

Racist, discriminatory man working there would cater to Hispanic people that were walking in but completely ignored the rest of us that stood by to get his help. He ignored all of us that were of different races but made sure to help those that were Latino. That is racism and discrimination. I reported it to corporate. He knew the rest of us were standing to get his help, he made eye contact with me more than once, and he continued speaking to someone Hispanic in Spanish and knowingly and intentionally ignored the rest of us to the point where we had to go and pull someone out of their cubicle to get help. There was one larger statured non-Hispanic male who had to cut into that guys conversation and force information out of him but the other two of us standing politely and obviously nearby to get help were ignored. Like we were standing next to him and he made eye contact with me Knowing I wanted help and this is after he ignored me once already. I got ignored TWICE. And I can speak some Spanish, he was not just talking business with the guy, and we were all standing right next to him to get help and he blatantly ignored us still. BUT, when the Hispanic mother and daughter who were sitting in the waiting area needed help, he stopped chatting with the guy immediately and told them their banker was ready in Spanish, and then went on to continue to go back to chatting and ignoring those of us from other races that needed to check in. He is Middle Aged or slightly older, average height, dark full head of hair, dark eyes. He was standing at the front at 1:45pm on Friday the 26th, 2024. As I walked out, I told him to stop ignoring people. He continued to ignore me. This is horrible customer service and discriminatory. Get someone on the floor who helps ALL people, ALL RACES. Who is attentive to EVERYONE. Get someone who is bilingual like him but who is not a racist!
