Wells Fargo Bank

Phone bankers have no authority to help, so it's inconvenient to have to go in to the bank to get things done. However, when I did go in, Boris Bannavong was very helpful.

Very poor customer service for business owners!!! I have been a customer since 2010 and have never received such poor service from any other Wells Fargo location! My only regret about this review is that I can't leave 0 stars!

Asked for an appt and was told all schedules were booked. There was not a single customer being assisted in the bank except for myself and one other gentleman who was at the window. Im not sure what booked means to the employees at Wells Fargo? Regardless, another example of laziness or incompetence or simply not caring. She did offer another appt next week butthat was ridiculous. Ill stick with my old branch.

I sat down with Sam to talk about signing up for my first credit card. She was AMAZING she explained to me the different options and answered all my questions about the different types of terms she was using. She was extremely friendly and had a sense of humor! She made my experience at this location amazing, she had me in and out within 30-45 minutes ! Thank you Sam for the awesome customer service. Someone give her a raise!
