Volterra Architectural Products

We purchased 18 new viga tails for our territorial style home in Arizona. We received a well made product in a timely manner. We ordered them primered and we painted them to match our homes trim color. We had several questions prior to ordering, Volterra was very helpful in answering them. Thanks Volterra!

My husband and I have purchased faux wood beams from Volterra a couple times and were able to install them ourselves. They look real! Volterra is great, lots of options and helpful. I also wanted to give a BIG SHOUT OUT TO Travis Carlson! We had a bigger beam project this time and Travis Carlson who owns Innovative Beam Concepts did an AMAZING job installing the beams in our living room and kitchen areas. He's so experienced and was really great to work with! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Customer service was great. People in office were very nice and professional. BUT, you messed up my first order. Thankfully, I was able to sell off the Viga's and did not have to return the order. I ordered chamfered pecan and received flat top. They installed great and the neighborhood needs another 200+. They are all made from wood and are all rotting on the homes. Hope to return for more. Great product, got to dot your "i"s and cross your "t"s. This could have gone really bad if it was a larger order.
