I upgraded my phone almost a year ago under a trade in promotion. The promotion and trade in were not properly processed by the sales rep. This has caused my bill to be incorrect for almost a year now, and every single agent I talk to tells me theyre trying to fix it but no solution has been found. As of now, Verizon owes me over $300 all because the rep at this store didnt do my promotion correctly and supposedly Verizon has no proof of my device being traded in. So maybe the rep just stole my old phone? Who knows. But thats what it seems like at this point. And to top it off, I cant get ahold of anyone at this location and I dont live in Arizona anymore so I cant walk in. Maybe this bad review will get my issue some attention. UPDATE: I followed up using the email they provided below and still havent gotten any response.

I just left the Desert Ridge Verizon store. As soon as I walked in the attendant told me that he couldn't help me almost before I uttered the purpose of my visit. I tried to visit the store as I actually had about 5 different things that I wanted to accomplish, including adding an international plan and buying a new phone, among others. I was barely able to get the first two things out of my mouth before he told me that he couldn't help me and that I need to call their customer service lines. He didn't even hear what my other issues were to see if he could provide even the least bit of assistance. What's the point of even having a store if you can't talk to someone face to face about a problem or even purchase a phone to connect to their service. It might be time to get my new phone and number at AT&T.

Waited over 90 minutes to be helped, but then they couldn't even help me. They couldn't unlock an application that I started, instead referred me to a list of phone numbers and didn't even tell me which one to contact. Worst Verizon store ever. Very, very unhelpful.

My experience coming in today was horrendous. I walk into the store and the person taking appointments was just incredibly short tempered "Hi. Why are you here?" this trend continued when I was approached for help with my phone. I don't think this is the employees fault, I imagine they're management or dealing with irate customers is probably the reason. When the technician came to talk about the issue with my phone, it seemed like he would've taken me more seriously if I had brought my husband in (even though my husband and I both work in IT as a profession). The tone and also way he explained things made it clear that he wanted to make a point that he knew things that I didn't. Nothing was explained simply or nicely. By the end, the only thing they had done to try to fix my phone was remove the sim card and put it back in. I haven't had cell service in 5 days but the Verizon store has a signal booster so at the store I have 4 bars but at the light to get into the mall, I had no service. Now that I'm back home I have no service again which I knew would happen. The only options offered to me in this case were to take it to a U Break I Fix store or to buy a new phone. Why would I buy a new Verizon phone when Verizon has shown in the past 5 days to have no service? I asked if any recent Verizon patches had gone out (which they didn't understand the question). I asked if new security features had been implemented or any other updates had been pushed. Any random change to service that could've been pushed that would cause a consistent no service issue to pop up seemingly overnight. Nothing to the phone or house has changed so I'm left with towers, provider issues, or Apple being the cause of the issue. It's exhausting. With verizon, my iPhone has basically turned into an iPod.

I have been a customer with Verizon since 2014. Today I had the worst customer service experience in this location. Few months ago I changed three international lines to Verizon for my family. I was told that I will get rebates ($1050) for this but this will take some time. I waited few months and had an issue with one of the lines ( no rebate at all) and received codes for two other that would not work. I literally spent hours online trying to do this but could not. I contacted the "nice sales person who did the initial transfer (Anthony) with no response. At that time he mentioned that he can help if I have an issue and gave me his e-business card for that reason. I personally went back today to and saw him and he completely denied that he said he would help. Totally different, rude and careless behavior. Felt that arguing with him would be a waste of time. I was planning to buy two new phones today but changed my mind. Felt that I was treated nicely as I was transferring the line. Now he locked a contract and can treat you bad. On my way to another location to try to fix this and buy the new phones ! Had a way better than experience at the other location near promenade at N Scottsdale.
