Starbucks

A coffee shop is a place where people can have coffee, meet, network, work, and converse. You all have the coffee, but everything else you lack because you have closed the inside to customers---taking way the most important aspect in my opinion. I will go to another coffee shop until you all open back up the interior. Drive thru for coffee? No thanks.

I walked in for service and this location was focused on drive through and mobile orders that it took awhile to place my order. Once ordered they called my name for 2 items separately and I waited for the last 2. I was running short on time so went to check- my son noticed item 3 of 4 was on the floor and they asked me what the 4th item was supposed to be. I left because I didnt have another 5 minutes to wait but it was a total failure of service.

The team at this location doesn't communicate, apparently. Called to ask if they had nitro cold brew, person who answered the phone said yes emphatically. Arrived 8 minutes later, was informed they didn't have cold brew today.

This location always seems to be short staffed, the lobby is always dirty, and you never know if your drink is going to be made correctly or not. It seems like the rules are continuously changing with one day the lobby being open for seating and the next blocked off and you can only place a mobile order or go through the 30 minute drive through. When they do this they place a table at the front door for you to grab your drink and it feels so uninviting.
