I first emailed DGE and did not get a response. I next called them and talked to someone name Justin. He had me send photos and a list of coins I was interested in selling. After a few days, I called to ask if he had received them. He said he did and tried calling me. If he did, he didn't leave a message. He said he would get back to me with a written bid. That was 15 days ago. In the meantime, I sent him another email asking if he was interested and I still haven't heard from him. I realize that businesses are operating slowly and with limited staff these days. But, another exchange responded right away and had an itemized list of offers within a day. The offers were fair and legitimate. Maybe the problem is just Justin. I don't know but am not going to beg a company to do business with me.
