I had San-Co Concrete extend my front driveway to add a third parking space directly in front of my rv gate. Ivan from San-Co came out and gave me an estimate. Ivan was very friendly and explained everything to me in detail. The concrete work was completed on 8-5-20, and my new driveway came out nice. Even though my concrete work is fairly new, I observed three cracks in it. But other then the cracks, the finish is smooth and has a nice color to it, and looks good. Ivans staff is very nice and they were very helpful. The staff helped me with my HOA because they were being very difficult and needed exact drawings with measurements. San-Co staff was very professional. The only con that I have, is I was charged to remove the irrigation box that was not moved after all. I didnt notice till after I paid that it was not moved, and the company didnt notice it as well and still charged me. But that was partially my fault for not noticing. Overall it was a good experience with the company and Im happy with the concrete work. Service: Concrete driveway building
