      image Horrible customer service. Poor updates with false information. Do yourself a favor and choose another reporting source to spend your money on. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks (13 days) to get an update on a project that is listed that hasn't been updated since October 2015. They have projects listed from 2012 with no updates. Come on! They need much better customer service as well!

Too bad google doesn't vet these reviews because Mel C has a history of 1 star reviews.
