        I would provide zero stars if I could. Was advised credit reporting would be deleted. They have not, and keep hanging up on me even at a supervisor level, and will not help.

        Not once but 3 times I had autopayments set up and they were not processed. The first time they admitted to a system issue and processed two payments at once. This more recent issues was that the funds were NOT available BUT I never received a notice that they were unable to withdraw the funds.

        Absolute horrible customer service . It should be illegal to sell debt to you guys.

        Received a bill stating I owe a balance from over 16 years ago, from a company I never used. Call the bank that said was the original lender. They didn't show me in their system. BIG SCAM.
