Working from home, this is by far my best employment experience ever. I just started two months ago, so perhaps these negative reviews from the past were true in the past, but now: Days of orientation, plus ongoing follow up by the orienting trainers. An entire website of employee assistance tools and documents. If I hover over anyone's email, it tells me their job title, whom they report to, and who reports to them. Truly transparent decision-making processes. (sigh!) I'm sorry I worked 50 years before I got an employer this great; it's a pleasure and a privilege to come to work.

Worst company I ever worked for The supervisors were bias They had a problem line But if you called it They held it against you Especially if you'd been there for a while.

Boring atmosphere to work at. Supervisors are uptight, no advancement in positions. Their customer service and customer service phone number is horrible. Its a pain just to get in contact with Human Resources.

This has got to be one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. They do not care about the employees. You can have a disability and they don't care. They do not accommodate your issues. They have. No empathy. Compassion or even care. They put inexperienced people in a supervisor position. Do not work for them. They are the worst in the medicare field.
