I can say customer service was good, but learn to communicate more let people know you more then a dentist and you do medical.

They were not accepting new patients but they seen me because I was in extreme pain. I am very grateful. The receptionist was nice and helpful. The assistants were nice and professional. I was very self conscious because I thought I would just get a script for antibiotics, I didnt know they were going to check out my teeth, which are a wreck, but the assistant made me more comfortable.Dr. Reese was awesome. He removed the tooth. I'm very grateful. I just don't understand why they didn't prescribe antibiotics. My face is still swelled a little and Im having some pain.

Continued... They called in a prescription for antibiotics for me. I was a great experience. I would recommend if they were taking new patients. Thanks Dr Rees and staff!!!

The staff is really rude. They dont have kindness with the kids and parents

I just recently took my children to be seen at this Dental Clinic. This is receptionist was not very professional at all. When me and my family were called to the back the aura of the whole Clinic was just very negative. Their attitude seems extremely condescending. At one point during the visit I felt extremely judged and had to get up because I felt as if I was going to cry. During the exam the doctors were being very passive aggressive about what they noticed. It was not family-oriented at all I did not make any follow-up appointments. I decided it was best to transfer their care to someone else.
