Bad place the people are not capable of doing the job they went to school for need more Caucasian folks here too many Mexicans dont know what they are doing here cant even do a Iv correctly!

Quick and easy to make an appointment at. However, the dr only spent 2 minutes with each of my children and the front office staff never sent me an invoice for the proposed treatment after I asked before leaving, emailed, and called them multiple times. I will not be coming back.

Short story: They lied, and my son ended up at phoenix childrens hospital for 10 hours because of how much sedative they gave him. Long story: 1) Told me my kid had 7 cavities that needed a lot of treatment, he would need anesthesia in office... didn't believe them so I went to another dentist (for second opinion) right after my apt. Turns out he had 2 cavities and one if them was a small cavity on a tooth that is falling out soon and should not "be treated because it's way too small" 2) lied about "messaging my pediatrician" who approved anesthesia for my son... They didnt call anyone. I would know because the pediatrician, he is my husband and I never provided a pediatrician number. 3) Then they told me he HAD to be put under general anesthesia in office for the treatment especially because it was "so much work" (lie, they just want money) and that it needed to be done ASAP because of massive infection. But then they wanted to booked out 2 months for it? 3) Pushed anesthesia for "a lot of dental work" 2 other dentists said that was WAY overkill and they absolutely would not recommend that. 4) Told me numerous times my kid has soda cavities and that it's for SURE soda... my kid doesn't drink soda. He never has. 5) they wanted to put him under general and I refused. I said one tooth at a time was fine and just regular sedative... they weren't having that they pushed for more. So I listened. My son was so messed up, it was TERRIFYING, wouldn't wake up, breathing weird. I brought him to another dentist and they looked at hime and were shocked how bad he was acting. They had me go to Phoenix children's asap. Long story short... they gave him too much and I was told to NEVER go back and the ER doc wanted the name of the practice. Side note about the 5 stat reviews: They bribe you with Starbucks gift cards for a good review. You get 10.00 if you write 2 reviews and you have to prove it. Sketchy and gross.

First time bringing my 2 kids to receive dental work. Front desk and the whole dental team is professional, quick and informative. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.
