Couldnt get my cleaning done. Was told I needed a deep cleaning instead. Wasnt presented all the options up front and price was a shock for the very limited worked needed. Good customer service is to give proper info up front, so patient can make an informed decision. Overall I have not had any issues and services has been good until then.

Rip off. Scammers. They charged me 500.00 for a cleaning. Said to take it up with insurance. After comparing, the going rate is between 150 and 200 dollars even without insurance. They are NOT honest.

People with good reviews must be self pay. This place has outrageous billing problems. My insurance and myself have attempted to contact them after charging me for covered services. Once they were caught they then ignored all my calls and emails. Apparently I need to dispute with my credit card in order to get my refund due. Will absolutely never return to this dentist. Edit: they called me shortly after this review was posted and gave me my refund. Leaving this review up as a warning to patients - it shouldnt take that much to do the right thing!

I am naturally very nervous at the dentist because of my terrible gag reflex during the x-rays. I haven't been to the dentist for like 6+ years, so I was VERY surprised that instead of the usual 4 x-rays, there are now 18 different x-rays they do (which check not only for issues with the teeth, but also with the bones and gums). The ladies were so kind in helping me through my gag reflex by tag teaming to make the process quicker. I originally went in for a cleaning but I ended up getting a crown that same day, as well as a scan for a mouth guard (I tend to clench my teeth at night). I feel satisfied knowing that the staff is taking good care of me, even for my first visit! Everyone made the experience very pleasant and I can't help but sing their praises!! And shoutout to Tsunami who has the cutest name ever!
