    The team at Mega really work hard to make sure the customer is happy. I am pleased with their service after the sale, they go the extra mile to make sure the customer is happy in the end!! Thank you all including the Juan Garcia in sales and Espie in customer care and the technician they sent to my home to try and resolve issues. Excellent team!!

    I live my furniture I purchased with Mega furniture. One of the arm mechanisms broke off the arm. I called, filed a claim and they had a guy out to check it out, ordered the part and a week later it is all fixed. Great customer service and follow up.

    As we are Canadians our process was a bit lengthy. Our claim had to be put on hold until we came back for our next winter visit. Alisha B the customer Service manager at Mega Furniture LLC was excellent. She made the whole process go smoothly and we were able to use our Guardian Ins claim credit towards our new purchase. Great Company to work with. I would definitely recommend. Alisha B is the best. John/Linda Wilson.

    Espie was wonderful finding my information to get service with my warranty. She really gave me all the information I needed to make the claim and she is an asset to Megas company! As for Mega furniture , they sold me a warranty on my furniture that doesnt cover any damage that I put a claim in for. The salesman that sold me the furniture told me everything and anything would be covered for damages on my sofa, loveseat, and coffee table. The scratches on my sofa arent covered by the warranty and neither is the mechanism on my table which is literally falling to pieces isnt covered either! They made $150.00 extra for the so-called warranty and the company they sold it for , Guardian Warranty Co. is a rip off! I blame Mega Furnitures salesman for lying about the warranty!
