Dependable Door Systems

We needed a new garage door and this company has had 5-6 weeks to get our new door in. We were first told it would be here August 30th and now ut is Sept 13 and still no door!! The communication from this company has been deplorable. except for excuses. They told us today that the truck came in but it takes 1 -2 days to unload and check to see if our door is even on the truck!! Our install date was scheduled for today. Dependable is a far cry from what we are being told. There are no shortages on garage doors, no trucking issues, only a incompetent company who doesn't care. There are many other companies and I would highly recommend stay away from this one.

My neighbor Bill was in the need of garage repairs and notify dependable garage door. Bill told me about the amazing service and professionalism he received from Tyler. As karma has it my garage door required repair just a few weeks after. I contacted Bill to get Tylers information to schedule an appointment. My appointment was set in just a few days after contacting them. Tyler called me approximately 15 minutes prior to his scheduled appointment time and advised me he was on his way. After evaluating the problem with my garage door, he repaired it with some adjustments. He never tried to upsell or sell unneeded equipment. He did advise me that my opener was getting later in its life expectancy and in not too distant future would require replacement and gave me an estimate of what that cost would be. Its refreshing to receive such honest and dependable customer service. I was in the fire service for 30 years and I know a little about good customer service. Thank you Tyler!

Dependable Door Systems provided excellent service to correct our issues with our garage door. Their service technician, Tyler, arrived promptly and had the issue fixed in less than an hour. Additionally, Tyler was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained his repairs and preventive maintenance considerations for our garage door, motor, and associated parts. Very pleased with this service call.

Awesome work Tyler was punctual Ez to work with Tyler took the time to explain everything he installed a new genie opener and gave us recommendations on other products . I highly recommend Tyler for any garage work.
